At the Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation, our work is driven by our commitment to the revitalization and improvement of Camden’s neighborhoods, residents and businesses. Through various programs, initiatives and funding mechanisms, CEZC facilitates community development activities and neighborhood revitalization projects within the City to stimulate economic growth and self-sufficiency for residents and businesses.

Through our grants and loan products, we extend credit to borrowers that often do not meet traditional mainstream lending criteria; in doing so, CEZC demonstrates its confidence and commitment to the community and assist that organization in creating positive change in Camden. CEZC is committed to striving for excellence by maximizing our financial resources and serving as an effective model of collaboration and partnership to ensure that an all inclusive community vision is implemented and realized. By working together, residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, faith based entities and governmental agencies can create coordinated, comprehensive services that benefit all. In our experience such activity helps build a common understanding which serve to reinforce the real societal needs.
